WELCOME TO MICLAW CONSTRUCTION CORP.

For forty years, Lawrence Conde has practiced architecture in New York City. His capacity at MicLaw Contracting is that of consulting architect for the firm.  During the 80 's and 90 's Mr. Conde 's professional career was spent at the New York Stock Exchange where he acted as Project Manager I Chief of Facilities and Real Estate. During this critical period at the Exchange, Mr. Conde oversaw the modernization and expansion of the NYSE transforming it into a computerized marketplace. This modernization included both the trading floors and ancillary office space associated with the Exchange. Issues of leasing, design budgets and construction coordination were all included within Mr. Conde 's scope of responsibility. The extensive interface between all the major brokerage houses along with the NYSE security and logistical departments easily made this one of most demanding architectural assignments of the decade. Prior to Mr. Conde 's tenure at the NYSE he acted as Managing Director of Facilities Planning for European American Bank. As Architect for the bank, Mr. Conde functioned as construction project manager on all phases of bank projects. He administered these projects from inception to conclusion including control of funds, schedules and completion requirements. He coordinated corporate policies and procedures with in­house as well as outside consultants, contractors, material and furniture suppliers. 

Thirty years ago, MicLaw Contracting Corp. was created to provide commercial interior and exterior construction and management services to tenants, architects, and building owners. Today, our purpose is the same: To build the best possible facility and to exceed our customer's expectations. Every project is unique and is personally supervised by a principal of the firm. Each member of our team brings in-depth experience, not only in construction itself, but also in the disciplines of architecture, design and real estate. For over ten years I have had the privilege to work and learn under my father and grandfather. Using there over Seventy Years of combined experience, I have been able to develop a diverse and extensive understanding of the construction industry. Being exposed to all aspects of the construction industry design, and execution necessary to deliver a superior product. My overall role as Vice President in MicLaw Contracting, is to manage projects on all levels and to ensure the project is done in a

cost, and time effective manner being most beneficial to the client. Given my diverse

background in varying types of construction undertakings, I possess the tools necessary to

streamline all phases of your construction projects and needs.
